All Season Driving School provides comprehensive driving instruction services designed to help students become safe, confident drivers. Our services include:
- Beginner Driver Education (BDE) programs - Complete training from G1 to G2 license
- G2 and G license training - Advanced driving instruction and test preparation
- Individual driving lessons - Customized instruction based on skill level
- Road test preparation and car rental - Vehicle provision and test route practice
- Refresher courses - For experienced drivers seeking skill improvement
- Defensive driving techniques - Advanced safety training
3. Booking and Payment
To ensure the best service experience, please review our booking and payment policies:
- All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as specified during registration
- Payment is due before the start of lessons or as arranged for package deals
- We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

- Debit card transactions
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Electronic transfers
- Prices are subject to change without notice, though registered students will be honored at their registration price

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and instructors:
- 24-hour notice is required for lesson cancellations without penalty
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in full charge for the scheduled lesson
- No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student
- Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation
- Multiple late cancellations may require prepayment for future lessons

5. Student Responsibilities
As a student of All Season Driving School, you have certain responsibilities to ensure a safe and effective learning environment:
- Punctuality: Must arrive on time for all scheduled lessons. Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time
- Identification: Must bring valid government-issued photo ID to each lesson
- License Requirements: Must possess a valid G1 license or higher for driving lessons
- Safety Compliance: Must follow all traffic laws and instructor directions without exception
- Medical Disclosure: Must inform instructor of any medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations that may affect driving ability
- Sobriety: Must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair driving ability
- Appropriate Attire: Must wear proper footwear (no flip-flops or high heels) for safe vehicle operation
6. Safety and Liability
Safety is our top priority. Please review our safety policies and liability information:
- Students must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor without question
- All Season Driving School maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all lessons
- The school is not liable for accidents caused by student negligence or failure to follow instructions
- Students are financially responsible for any traffic violations incurred during lessons
- Instructors reserve the right to terminate lessons immediately if student behavior compromises safety
- Vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure safety standards
- Dual controls are installed in all training vehicles for instructor intervention when necessary
Safety First: Our instructors are trained to prioritize safety above all else. Please respect their decisions regarding lesson continuation or termination.
7. Refund Policy
We strive to provide excellent service, but understand that circumstances may require refund consideration:
- Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have been taken
- Partial refunds may be available for unused lessons in multi-lesson packages
- Administrative fees (up to 15%) may apply to refunds for processing costs
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or official form
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
- Lessons already taken are non-refundable
- Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
